Return & Refund Policy

At Prime Essentials, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging. To initiate a return, contact us at primeessentials.management@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Non-Returnable Items The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Opened health & wellness products
  • Opened pet food or treats
  • Items marked as final sale at time of purchase

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges We replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us at primeessentials.management@gmail.com.

Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Wrong Items If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll make it right immediately.
